How to Use This Tool
The Meeting Time Planner helps you visualize the local time in multiple cities at once so you can find a meeting window that works for everyone. Each city appears as a live clock card, and the 24-hour timeline below shows working hours (9 AM to 5 PM local time) in green and the overlapping work window across all selected cities in blue. A red line marks the current time so you can see how close the next available window is.
